Every Veloflow electric scooter is backed by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Please review the coverage details below, which apply from the date of purchase.
Coverage
- Frame: 24 months
- Motor and controller: 12 months
- Battery: 12 months
- Charger and included accessories: 6 months
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, grips)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect or unauthorized modification
- Water damage beyond the IPX4 rating
- Loss or theft
How to claim
Contact us at zshctt@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or video. We will arrange repair, replacement parts or a replacement at our discretion.
Warranty claims are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the required information.
