What is the top speed?

Top speed depends on the model: the E3 series reaches up to 31 MPH, while the E5 and E7 series reach up to 44 MPH in dual-motor mode.

How far can I ride on a single charge?

Range varies by model and riding conditions: E3 series 35-50 km, E5 series 50-75 km, E7 series up to 85 km.

How long does charging take?

Charging takes 6-10 hours depending on the model; E5 and E7 models with dual charging ports can charge in roughly half the time when using two chargers.

Are Veloflow scooters certified?

Yes. Our scooters are UL2272 and FCC certified for the US market and CE certified (CE-EN17128, CE-MD, CE-RED, CE-ROHS) for the EU and UK markets. Batteries are UL2271 certified with UN38.3 transport certification.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the United States and 27+ countries worldwide. Shipping fees and delivery times are shown at checkout.

What is included in the box?

Each scooter ships with a brand card, user manual, hang tag, charger with AC power cord and a tool kit. E5 and E7 models also include a storage bag.
